Bonita estancia
Es un hotel caro, pero estaba bien ya que queríamos jugar al campo de golf.
¡Sin embargo, es extremadamente difícil conseguir un tiempo de salida! Logramos conseguir UNO, después de mucha comunicación.
Nos alojamos 2 noches, pero nos habríamos quedado más tiempo si hubiéramos sido capaces de obtener tee times.
¡Resulta que las horas de salida se reservan con un año de antelación! Parece extraño, ya que hubiera pensado que la razón principal para quedarse es el golf. Por supuesto que es hermoso.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the generator not coming on as intended and the delay in manually overriding this during load shedding. We truly appreciate your understanding of our team's efforts to work around this challenge.
Regarding the golf tee times, I know we have been in communication about this, and we completely understand your frustration. While the Erinvale Golf Course is a separate entity from our boutique hotel, we work closely together to ensure we collaborate as best we can to assist guests in securing tee times. The demand for the course is exceptionally high at this time of year; therefore, as mentioned, bookings do open well in advance in an attempt to allow hotel guests the opportunity to book early. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will continue working to improve accessibility to the course.

NO TE QUEDES - si eres celíaco
Su oferta de una estancia de 1 noche para nuestra familia es insultante.
Arruinaste nuestra Navidad familiar enfermando a dos miembros de la familia, uno de los cuales estaba embarazada de 7 meses.
Admites tu culpa de servir comida a dos celíacos, uno de los cuales estaba embarazada de 7 meses.
Erinvale arruinaste nuestra Navidad familiar y no tuviste la decencia de ofrecernos un descanso de reemplazo similar.
Rechazamos su oferta de 1 noche Bed & Breakfast, acepté sus disculpas por teléfono, ya que pensé que estaba ofreciendo un me gusta por descanso similar y pensé que parecía sincero en su disculpa y que entendía lo enfermo que nos había hecho y lo molestos que estábamos en Navidad siendo estropeado, especialmente para mi nieta de 2 años.
Te di todas las oportunidades de hacer lo correcto y no lo hiciste. No ofreció pagar los medicamentos ni siquiera reembolsar el costo de la comida que nos envenenó.
Primero nos insultas ofreciéndonos 1 habitación por 1 noche (para 5 huéspedes) y luego nos insultas nuevamente ofreciéndonos 2 habitaciones por 1 noche.
Las palabras me fallan.
Si eres celíaco, simplemente no vale la pena el riesgo de alojarse aquí.

Thank you for your review, though I note that the original review was from your mother, helenpF3427EI, with whom I was in direct contact.
Kyle and I have made several attempts to acknowledge the distress you and your mother experienced, as well as the concerns you rightfully raised. Following my recent conversation with your mother, during which she expressed her appreciation for my personal engagement, we agreed upon a goodwill gesture that you initially requested and accepted. I also confirmed this in writing with your mother. She raised, and we agreed, that there had been clear moments of misunderstanding on both sides, for which I sincerely apologised on behalf of my team and myself, where we fell short of your expectations.
However, after accepting this offer, we were surprised to see your request for further room nights and inclusions, which was a deviation from our mutual understanding and discussion. It is clear from this second public review that we are not aligned in our view of a fair resolution.
I believe it is important to reiterate that we find it concerning that, despite the seriousness of the situation, you did not engage management during your stay or upon departure to address the matter in person. Had we been made aware at the time, we would have been able to discuss the situation directly, offering immediate assistance and the opportunity for a more personalised conversation.
In light of this, we have decided to offer a full refund for your accommodation, as I believe it is in the best interest of both parties, and my team, to bring this matter to a close. We will not engage further hereafter, nor will we be extending the original offer (which you have declined via email) of a voucher for a future stay, as it has become evident that, sadly, we are not the right fit for your needs. This is hard for us to accept as a team but is necessary.
I trust this matter is resolved, and we will take the necessary action on our side to ensure the refund is processed with your mother immediately.
We wish you all the best in welcoming your little one to the world in a few short weeks, and we wish you all well in your future travels.

Cumpleaños de Maura
Al llegar nos encontramos con una gran profesionalidad y, lo que es más importante, un servicio amable.
Teníamos todos nuestros requisitos cumplidos en cuanto a la habitación, eran perfectos, tanto la esposa de mi amigo como la mía disfrutamos del spa y la peluquería, almorzamos en la terraza, hermoso, cenamos en el restaurante, increíble y desayunamos al día siguiente, nuevamente en el La terraza era una excelente variedad de comidas estilo buffet cocinado y fresco.
Hemos tenido la suerte de alojarnos en partes impresionantes del mundo y en hoteles de lujo de 5 estrellas, pero honestamente puedo decir que es lo mejor.
Muchas gracias a todos, volveremos.
La finca vinícola Vergelegen al otro lado de la carretera también es increíble, hermosos jardines que fueron impresionantes.
