Gran servicio de apartamento impactante
Hay códigos de acceso a las puertas principales del apartamento y considerando que la puerta estaba cerrada y una cámara de seguridad fuera de nuestra puerta mi esposa llamó por teléfono y le dijeron que los anillos no estaban allí. Ahora con ese nivel de seguridad y el hecho de que mi esposa no tiene anillos en el dedo me pareció muy extraño. No pudimos reservar hasta el 14 : 00 así que nos fuimos alrededor de las 08: 30 así que un misterio para quién los tomó.
Lo raro es que cuestan unos cientos, así que no es exactamente un atraco del siglo. Llamó mi esposa y no le dijeron anillos.

Please be assured that we take all matters of security very seriously. With our access codes and the presence of a security camera outside the apartment, we strive to maintain a safe environment for our guests. Additionally, all apartments are fitted with safes for securely storing valuables during your stay.
The apartment was thoroughly checked by both the manager and a housekeeper upon departure, and unfortunately, no rings were found.

I apologise that you encountered unpleasant odours upon arrival, and I can assure you that we are looking into this. We will also review the condition of the carpet and the vinyl flooring to ensure everything is up to standard. Desayuno
Reservamos la habitación por teléfono , ofrecieron desayuno continental por 9 libras.
Cuando llegamos encontramos el desayuno en la nevera!
Cada caja incluía 1 croissant , 1 plátano y 150 mls de jugo. ¡Pero no cualquier lista de ingredientes en la caja!
Pedí cancelar mi “desayuno continental”, y el gerente me envió un correo electrónico y dijo que me reembolsarán pronto.
Me reembolsaron a mi cuenta al día siguiente, pero solo 7 libras / desayuno, en lugar de 9 libras. Solo 10 libras diferentes pero me molestan.
Les envié un email sin respuesta.
Recomiendo el apartamento, pero no reserve el desayuno.
