Buena elección!
Hostel con buena ubicación, limpio, bastante económico para lo que hay por la zona, pero las habitaciones son pequeñas y el desayuno va variando. Tiene posibilidad de alquilar bici por 2000kyat(aunque no tienen muchas) o moto. Café, té, agua mineral y plátanos gratis!

it is michael from dream house and thank you for the very nice review and we are very happy that you loved to stay our place and we would like to welcome you again next time because down stair new rooms are finished and we sell them for many options you can buy the single room, double room and triple room and family room and new restaurant overlooking view is nice breeze everyday for breakfast and you can order the fresh foods and drinks onsite new restaurant.
we rent the bicycle and motorcycle for 20% off than other places in town and we have the free coffee, tea, green tea, local cigar, hot water and drink water and we sell the bus ticket onsite and you will be picked up the hotel directly here and you will get all the information you need onsite reception and we plan to fix the air-con for down stair rooms and we will sell them for the best prices for our valued guest later.
anyway thank you so much for the nice stay and we are always trying to update the service and facilities here there always be the much more changes in our place so we hope to see you again next time and we will be looking forward to seeing here and we wish you will have the very special vacation again.

Horror y asco
Es el peor hostel/hotel que he ido en mi vida. Las habitaciones parecen mini parkings debajo del piso principal.
Llegamos a las 04:30 am con el bus desde Yangon. Habiamos acordado early checkin y nos encontramos que no había nadie en la recepción y estaba lloviendo. Tuvimos que esperar 4 horas hasta que se levantara el personal.
Nos dieron el peor desayuno que se puede ofrecer. Un cafe de dudoso color con un arroz soso y un huevo frio. Es lo unico que ofrecen como Desayuno incluido.
Una vez nos dieron la habitacion fue de mal en peor. Una habitación en el piso de abajo, sin ventanas, con olor a cerrado y las sabanas humedas. La habitacion es un rollo parking con las tochanas visibles.
Las sabanas estaban sucias y olía fatal. No hay armarios, agua o cualquier otra cosa que te encuentras en una habitación.
El baño está sucio, las ventanas del baño rotas. Lejos del centro y de la playa.
Nosotros aguantamos dos horas allí hasta que decidimos hacer una nueva reserva en otro lugar.
Aunque el precio sea barato, no vale pagar esa miseria por no sentirte ni comodo ni limpio.
Deberían eliminar este “hostel/hotel” de la lista de tripadvisor.

it is michael owner from dream house guest house and restaurant and i am really surprised to read this review becuase this is the cheapest hostel in town here but we have everything delicious breakfast, 24 hrs free wifi, 24 hrs power, free coffee, tea, green tea, cigar, hot water and drink water at lobby area anytime and we rent the bikes for 20% cheaper than other places in town and we always give the room upon arrival here if we have it otherwise you will wait until the inhouse guest check out time , that is very simple because our standard check in time is 2:00pm and standard check out time is 12:00am.
that night you sent me the message you will arrive here by night bus, we did not say we will give you the room we said we received the message only and we were fully board but you did not book that night you came before and we have only the reception room left and you were at the reception room already that night, we have the long sofa, fan and power there and the other guest also stayed at the reception room normally if full house but we are really sorry for the night watcher because he took the day off that night and we fallen asleep but in the morning the first guest who eat the free breakfast was you and the first one who check in the room was you because we did the best for you, we offered the free breakfast and we cleaned the room right away somebody check out.
the room we gave you worth double price than you paid here because that is the concrete room we built new this season not on the website yet if you go to other place they will definitely charge you the double prices for that room you stayed and the bed sheets were clean and the room was clean enough with the window and the bath room is full of tie maybe the hostel may not clean enough to the comparison of five star hotel at beach anyway thank you so much for the recommendation and we are really sorry for the inconveniences and we will be very careful next time and now we have the night watcher every night because we don't give him the day off for you but we can say that we always treat our guest the best what we can do here.

El mejor sitio en el que he dormido, en Myanmar
Yo dormí en la tienda por 4 días. El primer día en mi propia luego de que un amigo mío se unió a mí. Nos encantó. Había espacio suficiente para ambos, era imprescindible con un enchufe para recargar el teléfono. Estando ubicado en la sombra y en la primera planta, a menudo tenía el viento dentro de la carpa, así que nunca sufrió el calor. . Además, era súper barato, teniendo en cuenta los precios de Ngwe Saung.
El personal es servicial y el desayuno es diferente cada mañana. La propiedad está a sólo 5 minutos de la playa! Creo que fue el mejor lugar que he estado alojado en su excelente calidad - precio de oferta.
Me gustaría evitar el buceo excursión, ya que era bastante caro y no tan a la altura de las expectativas.
El personal es servicial y el desayuno es diferente cada mañana. La propiedad está a sólo 5 minutos de la playa! Creo que fue el mejor lugar que he estado alojado en su excelente calidad - precio de oferta.

it is michael from dream house and thank you so much for such a nice review for us and we like to see you again next time if chance for the future stay and we are always looking forward to see you here and now we finished the restaurant already so next year we will have the good place for breakfast and for some easy foods and now we are upgrading the beds and polishing the guest house for the next season and we will try to grow the plants to be more beautiful place than last year so everything should be more than comfortable soon for coming season and now we are running the guest house cheapest in town for raining season so that is the real budget accommodation in ngwe saung beach now for the backpackers anyway thank you for everything and having a nice stay with us together on your precious holiday, hope you will have the good time on your days and wish you all the best !

Realmente increíble
Me alojé en Casa de ensueño para un par de semanas, y realmente me encantó el lugar. Las habitaciones están bien y limpias, y se puede disfrutar de una buena taza de café, té o sigars. Casa de ensueño me hizo y mi estancia en ngwe saung amigo por un tiempo más largo. El desayuno es muy bueno y el personal es simplemente increíble. Te ayudan si necesitas algo o si tienes un problema, siempre sonriente y amable. Si hay algún lugar debe permanecer en Ngwe saung cuando visite, este es el lugar.

El personal es estupendo, un ambiente agradable y buena ubicación.
Me alojé en Casa de ensueño por tres noches y lo pasamos genial. El personal era muy amable e hizo todo lo que pudo para ayudarme. Llegué a las 3:30 de la mañana en el autobús nocturno desde Yangon y no había habitaciones disponibles, pero me dejaron dormir en una carpa grande y me dieron el desayuno. Entonces me alojé en una habitación doble con baño y ventilador. Estaba muy limpio y yo realmente disfrutamos sentados en el balcón por la mañana. Té, café y agua disponible todo el día y el desayuno era fantástico. Se cambian cada día y yo disfrutamos de bocadillos, tortitas y arroz frito. Nos llevó 10 minutos a pie de la playa y a muchos restaurantes y recomendaría a cualquiera que se aloje aquí. Gracias!
