1) bilik air & jamban separate. Tapi jamban a bit sempit even berlaga dengan pintu hahaha.
2) dekat dgn pasar payang, payang walk (every friday), sebelah ada kopi vietnam @ street art.
3) netflix & youtube kt tv.
4) ada toothbrush, hairdryer, sabun & shampoo also sejadah dh disediakan.
5) good customer service.
6) bawah ada cafe from payang hotel.
7) have parking also for payang customer 1 room 1 parking.
8) boleh minta kunci dgn staff kalau nk buka window

3) lantai bilik stain
4) aircond auto temperature
5) bilik air can see through (free show from outside). Not suitable to go with friends.

New Glittering Gem in Kuala Terengganu
Hotel - clean, spacious, reasonably priced, three floors with elevator for movement convenience especially those with big heavy luggage, equipped with spacious bathroom & toilet, tv, water kettle, bath towels. Only minor set back - pillow too hard may cause neck pain.
Location- strategic, nearby historical sites - China town, surrounded by lots of nearby picturesque cafes. A local eatery shop across the road and convenience store a few doors away, a local ‘keropok’ (local famous fish cake snack) store. The famous market called Pasar Payang selling lots of local item is a just walk away.
Fairly new establishment (less than 1 year) in this area.
Challenge:
1. Pillow - too hard. Bring your own
2. Traffic - slight heavy traffic weekend (Friday-Sunday) due to nearby historical site, cafes, amenities nearby.
