Amazing Stay worth to visit in Hungary!
We had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by KC at the reception, who made our check-in smooth and welcoming. The facilities were top-notch with beautiful views of Lake Balaton and plenty of activities for the child in the kid's club. The rooms were child friendly design and clean. The dinner was impressive offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the family park which was well-maintained and never felt overcrowded.
We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you to KC and the rest of the staff for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back!:)

Pension made FOR children and ONLY for children
If we had known... we would not have come!!! On the Inn website, we saw that there could be quite a few families. Except that the Inn should very clearly mark "family only". Of the Pension, about 120 rooms, we were 2 couples a priori. Why my Rating of 2/5. One positive point, our room, the 309, we had 2 terraces including 1 that was facing the lake, and top bedding. Sinon:
* restaurant, buffet type Tunisia or Dominican Republic. In 4 days, we were treated to the French, Italian, Asian evening... it is true that coming to Hungary on vacation to eat sushi... by the way, we were on the shores of the largest lake in Europe. The only fish in the buffet: salmon, anything!!!!
* basic breakfast, only industrial products
* From 10:00, do not plan to go swimming... invaded by children, normal.
*At 2:30 pm, we wanted an ice cream: fatal mistake, not possible, only at the restaurant in the evening...
* on arrival no large towels
* sheets were changed systematically after 3 days. We put the sign "change sheets" on the bed after 2 nights to make 2 and 2. They have never been changed, a great first in a 5-star.
* the housekeeping, very random. Dust remained under 1 table for 4 days. On the 3rd day, after insisting very heavily on the reception, it was done at 17:30, convenient!
Frankly, apart from the children, which was not 1 criterion for my Rating, this Pension does not deserve 5 stars! Especially since for 4 nights we paid 2 months average Hungarian salary!

Worst hotel near Balaton.
We were at the hotel at the beginning of March 2024, which apart from the beautiful building and rooms, provides disastrous service.
5 stars is more than an exaggeration.
The bar in the lobby NEVER works, you can't get a glass of soft drink, or you have to run to the restaurant service counter to get it yourself.
The quality and selection of the food is beyond criticism.
The first night we actually went to bed hungry.
The fact that we can take it from a pot with a smeared ladle is not 5 stars, but a very low canteen standard.
The ice cream counter is a mockery of the hotel's namesake, in addition to the poor selection and rock-hard texture, it even looks disgusting.
The children's menu of the child-friendly hotel is served outrageously and disgustingly.
Dried nuggets, fish sticks with breadcrumbs and boiled rice. Don't even dream about fries...
At breakfast, the uncovered salmon slices were swatted around by flies.
At dinner, the drinks were regularly not served, we left thirsty, unless we solved it ourselves - then when my husband brought out our forgotten drinks, they ran after him to sign the service fee. Ridiculous.
If someone were to book here because of the Family Park, I recommend that they visit it as an outsider, because this hotel is far from 5-star and outrageously overpriced.

Family day
A beautiful, huge facility with lots of attractions for children. Located right on Lake Balaton with a wonderful view of the lake. Courteous employees everywhere, cleanliness in all common areas. The downside, however, is the price of entry to the swimming pools and playrooms. PLN 441 for a 2+1 family is a bit much.

Come only with kids. Perfect hotel for kids!
Very clean hotel, food r good. Staff r not good we have very bad treatment from one of the staff, a manger, unfortunately we couldn’t cancel booking so we stay. But..
