Beautiful place out of time
The rooms are very nice and comfortable.
Philippe is in the care of his guests, his advice is judicious and reliable (and thanks for the visit full of surprises of the farm )
Generous and excellent breakfasts
The location of the farm allows to radiate easily in the area.
A first visit that definitely calls for others!

Outstanding friendliness of the owners/hosts, beautiful accommodation
The very beautiful and lovingly renovated rooms are part of a historic farm with impressive, excellently maintained half-timbered buildings. Philippe, the owner and host, is a wonderful, friendly and lovable person who was always there for us, has a lot of background knowledge and is happy to impart it unobtrusively.
His wife and his still very active 88-year-old mother are just as friendly and helpful. Philippe also showed us his very interesting private agricultural museum set up in an outbuilding - interesting for all of us - young and old.
For the children, the experience with the animals was of course a special highlight, there are goats, sheep, horses, rabbits, pigs, chickens (the children were allowed to take eggs from the nests, for example) - all to be carefully touched!
The breakfast was excellent - everything (e.g. cheese, ham, eggs, homemade jams, honey from the village) was super tasty!
A few kilometers away by car you will find several good Alsatian restaurants and a large supermarket - also an advantage!
The beautiful city of Strasbourg is very easy to reach by car, as is the impressive Hochkönig Castle near Sélestat.
We can't imagine that the warm farewell at the end of our stay will be a final one! Goodbye, Philippe!
