The new bartender is great!

I was driving down 61 Sunday night and noticed the bar lights were on, for as long as I can remember the bar hasn't been open every day of the week, I walk in and was so surprised to see a sweet young lady working. I watched the game on a big screen tv and had a few beers and complimentary pretzels! She was kind and attentive and I wan very impressed! keep it up Country squire I went and liked them on their new Facebook page, About time ! https://www.facebook.com/CountrySquireMotel

No te ALOJES aquí! Considérate ADVERTIDO ...

Cuando al final me capaz de entrar en mi habitación después de luchar contra la cerradura por unos 5 minutos me quedé muy sorprendida al ver la condición de esta habitación (yo estaba en la habitación nÂ° 32). Tenía un olor a ser abrumador de moho. La alfombra, paredes y techo estaba cubierto de manchas, con daños causados por el agua y agujeros en el techo. El interruptor de la luz justo dentro de la puerta no hace nada, así que nos fuimos y encender la luz del cuarto de baño para algo de luz. Cuando enciende la luz fluorescente de encima del lavabo pasó nada, así que deje que el interruptor y 10 minutos más tarde la luz. Hay un tornillo sobresale del mostrador de lavabo sin razón aparente. Me desperté una mañana con ducha para encontrar la bañera ocupado por una especie de insecto que tuve que Chase unos 5 minutos. Este sitio tiene bichos, cucarachas, y moho todo por un precio increíble de $45 la noche.

Wow…I have no words.

Wow… I have no words. First, the restaurant next door was good for breakfast. I’m not sure about lunch or dinner.
As for my room…well, the blinds for one of two windows were broken. The blinds were missing for the bathroom window. But no one really got a show because a Lehigh Valley plant is behind the hotel.
The toilet is connected to the hot water. Talk about having a warm sensation. The sink water connectors are reversed. Hot water is cold and cold water is hot. But they worked. The shower worked well. It is a stand up shower, no tub.
The window A/C unit worked…but it was slightly difficult to determine the settings.
Hole in the walls added a unique appeal. Either someone punched the panels (walls are lined with paneling), or shoved a head into the panel.
Smoke detector was absent. Wiring was there…though :).
On a good note, the bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled cleaned. And the TV with cable was good. There was even a small round table and chairs in the sitting area.
Ass for the price; based on the condition, it should be about $30 cheaper, per night. With some touch up here and there (in the rooms) and clean the parking lot and improve the signage, this place could be actually decent.

Major renovations have been made here

If you’re looking for a Marriott or a Hilton this is not your place. It’s a bit of an old school to start out with. Since you have to go into the restaurant to get an actual key for your motel room door. The staff at the restaurant we’re very friendly and courteous. The outside of the facility still looks very run down. But the hotel room had two brand new queen size beds with the refrigerator and microwave. The shower was strong with hot water. It’s obvious that they’re putting some money into this place and trying to get it back to a decent looking facility. The doors only come with a single lock if your security minded. There were a few sketchy characters who obviously lived there but they left us alone for the two nights we stayed
There is also a Sheetz right next-door as well as McDonald’s right across the street. We paid $70 a night which was a bit more than I think they should’ve been charging. But I would stay here again and look forward to doing so next year

Not One Redeaming Quality at this Place

Being hungry, I asked what their best dish was, and my server said the Pork Chops, so I ordered them. It came with soup and 2 sides. I ordered corn, and she said it was from a can. The fried eggplant was burnt in the fryer, and tasted like that burnt oil taste.
But, the worst was the pork chops. When they came out, they were extremely thin and dry. I cut a piece, and leather was more tender. It tasted like blackened burnt meat. I turned both of the pork chops over, and they were completely black burnt. The chef flipped them over so I wouldn't see the burnt. What did he think, I wouldn't taste the burn, and chew until my teeth fell out? I just can't believe he tried to hide the burnt food. Between the burnt eggplant and the burnt pork chops, the only thing I can figure was the chef took a smoke break, and forgot my food. But to hide it is as bad as I have ever seen.
To top it off, my waitress sneezed in her hand while talking to the customers behind me, and never stopped to wash her hand. She just kept serving and touching everything.

I can't write enough bad things about this place. Just do not stop here is all I can think of.
