First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the cleanliness of your room. It is unacceptable that gum, trash, and other signs of insufficient cleaning were present. We understand how important cleanliness and comfort are for our guests, and we are embarrassed that we fell short during your stay. Our housekeeping team has been informed of this incident, and we will be conducting a thorough review to ensure these issues are not repeated in the future.
Regarding the bedding, it’s concerning to hear that the fitted sheet and pillowcases were not properly prepared. Fresh, clean, and neatly presented linens are a basic expectation, and we are sorry this wasn’t the case for you. Rest assured, we will investigate this lapse in detail with our team to prevent such oversights moving forward.
We also regret that the room phone was not functional and that there were challenges with the key cards. Both of these issues are operational concerns that we aim to address immediately.
