Second, the entrance door is not open easily, you have to push and use your physic knowledge to open. So, they should fix it because there was no one when I arrived at 10.30pm and I’ve almost stayed outside (thanks my physic)
They try to keep clean the common areas but was not enough unfortunately.

Then a guy from across the street came to open the door.
Second problem: the room reserved to us was not available. The "receptionist" had to call the hostal owner to give us another bedroom.
About the bedroom: the floor was dirty, full of ashes and smelled like smoke and weed. All the hostal smell a lot like weed. We had to open the window dispite the cold weather to make the smell leave. The table and the walls was also dirty and with stains.
Third big problem: during the night, for safety reasons, we used to lock the door with the key. Suddenly, when one of us wanted to leave the bedroom, the keylock broke and we could not get out to go to the bathroom or simply outside. We were stucked in our own beedroom. Nobody answered the phone number available in the website of trip.com dispute several attempts, so we had to pee into a water bottle during the night! (Ridiculous).
In the morning, nothing changed so my boyfriend has to climb the window in the exterior and had to go through the wall to get to the balcony of the kitchen witch door was open (lucky us). Then we was able to enter in the hostal again and open the door from the outside.
If someone likes to taste the smell of weed and tabaco and stay in a dirty place i would recommend the hostal. If not, for your own good, please stay away.
