I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the wonderful experience I had at your hotel restaurant during my recent stay. It was an exceptional experience in every way, and I feel it is my duty to share my positive feedback with you.
**Food Quality**:
The buffet you offered was incredibly diverse, with a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. The quality of the food was outstanding, and everything I tasted was fresh and delicious. The Arabic dishes, in particular, had authentic and distinctive flavors.
**Exceptional Service**:
The service at the restaurant was of the highest standard, and I would like to especially commend **Iqbal Hussein**. He provided us with excellent service, was very kind in his interactions, polite, and always ready to fulfill our requests with a smile. His professional and friendly demeanor added great value to our experience, and I believe he deserves all the recognition.
**Ambiance and Atmosphere**:
The atmosphere of the restaurant was comfortable and elegant, with appropriate lighting and beautiful decor. The cleanliness was impeccable, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Honestly, I have visited many hotels in the Gulf and Europe, but I have rarely encountered such a level of quality and service. Your restaurant is one of the best I have ever experienced, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

أود أن أعبر عن امتناني الشديد لتجربتي الرائعة في مطعم الفندق خلال إقامتي الأخيرة. لقد كانت تجربة استثنائية بكل المقاييس، وأشعر بأنه من واجبي مشاركة انطباعاتي الإيجابية معكم.
**جودة الطعام**:
البوفيه الذي قدمتموه كان متنوعاً بشكل مذهل، حيث وجدت تشكيلة واسعة من الأطباق التي تناسب جميع الأذواق. جودة الأطعمة كانت عالية جداً، وكل ما تذوقته كان طازجاً ولذيذاً. خاصة الأطباق العربية التي كانت تحمل نكهات أصيلة ومميزة.
**الخدمة المميزة**:
الخدمة في المطعم كانت على أعلى مستوى، وأود أن أشيد بشكل خاص بالموظف **إقبال حسين**. لقد قدم لنا خدمة ممتازة، وكان لطيفاً جداً في التعامل، ومهذباً، ومستعداً دائماً لتلبية طلباتنا بابتسامة. تعامله الاحترافي والودود أضاف قيمة كبيرة لتجربتنا، وأشعر بأنه يستحق كل التقدير.
**البيئة والجو**:
جو المطعم كان مريحاً وأنيقاً، مع إضاءة مناسبة وديكور جميل. النظافة كانت على أعلى مستوى، مما جعل التجربة أكثر متعة.
بصراحة، لقد زرت العديد من الفنادق في الخليج وأوروبا، ولكن نادراً ما وجدت مثل هذا المستوى من الجودة والخدمة. مطعمكم يعتبر من أفضل ما جربت على الإطلاق، وأنا أنصح الجميع بزيارته.

As per the directives of the Tourism Ministry In Saudi Arabia, the Official Checkin time in Makkah and Madinah officially starts from 6pm onwards therefore the Hotel Check-in time may vary and kept at the discretion of the Hotel. According to government policy and social customs in Saudi Arabia, marriage certificate need to be provided upon check in if a male and female shares a room.
