Service poor emergency call not staffed and no staff after 23:00.
The emergency numbers were not busy so I could not contact anyone from the hotel staff.
I booked through Booking.com who unfortunately did not want to help me because of your policies and similar....

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located a brisk 15min walk from the central station, and absolutely perfect for solo travellers who simply want a place to stay!
