Top stay
Upon arrival 9.00 we could immediately go to our spacious, new, clean room. Daily cleaning and linen change. Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice pool, location close to private beach. Due to late flight we could stay in our room until 3 pm. Overall, very satisfied, had a nice stay.

Not good.
I do it quick:
+ They clean the rooms everyday
+ Pool is clean
+ Near the beach
Now the bad stuff.
- Personal just 2 men was nice. The rest was very arrogant. A thin lady who work at the desk and the Pool bar was extremly arrogant.
- Drinking stuff. The Water is more warm then cold. When you like coffee you just get for the ( All Inlcusive ) price very little one. When you want bigger you must pay. You want ice cream you must pay.
- Eating. Every day the same. I was 4 days there and just 1 day they bring something else. The rest is Pasta with tomate sauce ( Taste everyday same like they just heated) rice with seafood and french fries.
- Snack time. They make something like Petulla. So when you not waiting there in 10 minutes they dont have much food and they dont do more. I come 15 minutes after they open the snack bar. 2 of 3 Boxex was empty. When i ask they told me its finish they dont bring new stuff.
- Fire Security. The one was out of Service. How this can happend in a Hotel??
- Pool area and the front of the hotel. TAKE CARE!!! ITS VERY VERY DANGEROUS AND SLIPPERY!!
- They dont have baby seats
- A/C dont work like it should.
I pay for All Inclusive but the money was not worth. I never come back here again. I told my friends who come here to dont come. I also talk with my Travel Agency i booked because there ist nesrly nothing good.
Me and my friend must ho to hospital to take Infusion because we get something from the food.
You have a good place but you ruined. The Personal is to arrogant and when you dont understand what they say and you ask they got a little aggressive.
Im sorry but never ever i go here. I better pay more money and got a real hotel.

Great location, very good service and helpful staff
Boutique hotel running with passion by lovely family. Special thanks to Hotel Manager-Mrs. Besmira, who made our stay comfortable. Hotel staff very kind, helpful with client approach
Food was good, however I was expecting more mediterranean dishes :) Great macchiato from the bar in restaurant part, tasty wine and absolutely delicious fig confiture (homemade)!
Beach bar near the sea
Hotel is under construction, so if we want to come back to Albania again I would pick again Garden Palace to see the progress :)
People in this hotel is a real value!
Guys, put some small wardrobes or at least small cabinet in the room as it was not so comfortable to keep all clothes in the suitcase:)

I do not recommend this hotel
Let me start from the beginning, in front of the hotel and around it there is a ubiquitous smell of septic tanks that can be felt on the balconies in the rooms and bathrooms after opening the window. The service is nice and friendly, the rooms are very poor, there are no doors or anything separating the children's room from ours, there is just a hole in the wall, a permanently installed shower without a cabin, water is pouring all over the bathroom, the air conditioning is old and has an unpleasant smell, the ladies clean every day but only give 2 large and 2 large ones. small floor towels for 4 people, you have to ask for more at the reception. Very poor food, poor selection, good coffee, unfortunately a lot of people suffer from enteritis, fever, nausea. About 100 m to the beach by road and through the parking lot, on the beach there are 3 rows of deckchairs in front of the beach bar, unfortunately occupied by local Albanians, especially those by the sea, unfortunately the hotel staff does nothing about it but overall the sea is dirty and also smells of septic tanks due to the outlet the sewage pipe to the sea is 50 m on the right side, so it's better to go to another place, but then it's far from the bar overall, I don't recommend this place at all. Albania is the worst of my holidays so far!!!

Klimatyczny garden Palace
Oceniam hotel z pobytem z TUI więc dodaje o jedną gwiazdkę mniej , ponieważ w ofercie było napisane o animacjach dla dzieci u wieczorkach tematycznych co jest niezgodne z prawdą. Pobyt w hotelu oceniam na bardzo dobry. Bardzo piękne otoczenie hotelu, basen cudowny, cieplutka woda, dzieci z niego nie chciały wychodzić.Śniadania trochę monotonne i kiepskiej jakości wędlina, brak keczupu, majonezu. Bardzo dobra kawa. Kolacja lepsza, bałkańska . Bardzo nam smakowało, duży wybór warzyw , zawsze coś ciepłego , owoce morza , ryby, kurczak. W tym hotelu nie zjecie wieprzowiny, mieliśmy opcję HB i dopiero czwartego dnia kelner poinformował nas że do kolacji przysługuje nam wino lub piwo. Bardzo blisko plaży, 2 minutki, przy plaży hotelowe leżaki Hotel posiada windę.
Warto wspomnieć że wychodząc zza bramy hotelu śmierdzi niesamowicie z kanalizacji, rozumiem że nie jest to wina hotelu .
Cudowni pracownicy, kelnerzy . Pobyt uważam za udany
